Katie Jane Sanderson believes the secret to exploring and mastering your craft is to break it down into tiny niche aspects and focus entirely on just one.

After all, getting to know one corner of the picture inside out and back to front ultimately means you know the big picture more intimately. 

So Katie's love of food has evolved into a focussed study of vegetables and the whole world of tasty dishes she has unlocked from them.

The vegetables are kept raw - nothing cooked above forty-two-degrees - and without any addition of refined products. Each dish is an ode to the purity of nutrition available in each ingredient, a creative explosion on the very maximum of its potential.

And they look pretty bloomin' beautiful too.
